Production Manager
Take charge of production at AMEXCI in Örebro — industrial metal 3D printing, built for serial production. You will develop how a growing production organisation works, from its structures and routines to the goals it sets, and lead the team that delivers them. Experience of additive manufacturing is not required; experience of leading production in manufacturing industry is. Responsibilities
- Lead production at the Örebro site, with industrialisation and serial production in focus
- Develop the structures and routines that keep production efficient, optimised and scalable
- Run a production flow spanning LPBF printing and post-processing — wire EDM, CNC machining, heat treatment and deburring
- Set production goals with the management team and lead the team in reaching them
- Motivate, support and develop a close-knit production team
Requirements
- Several years' experience as a production manager in manufacturing industry
- A leader who listens, includes and inspires — and develops the people in the team
- Experience of leading change and establishing structures and ways of working in production
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented, with a strong drive to deliver results
- A clear communicator who enjoys working across functions
- Used to working in ERP systems — Monitor G5 is a plus
- Good Swedish and English, spoken and written
